The Global BIM Network’s Terms of Reference (ToR) describes the formation of a Global BIM Network of public sector representatives and multi-lateral organisations, with the goal of increasing the shared benefits from policies and programs which encourage the digitalization of the global construction sector. The ToR describes why a global network is needed, and defines the general direction of the Network’s vision and goals; governance and structure; and likely areas of work during the first year of the Global Network.
The ToR is a living document and will evolve with the ongoing development of the Global BIM Network and community.
